To all here being told by Sony you must wear their glasses and they can't do anything for you until you invest the money to do so, I say horse $hit! Sony's glasses make absolutely no difference and incidentally, gripe enough and THEY'LL send you one or two free pair of their supposedly magic glasses. I've been on here (the forum) pretty much from the start with the 850c series crosstalk issues, have been on multiple calls with Sony, they sent me a two pair (free) of their recommended glasses and those glasses improved not ONE pixel. So, first, don't shell out the money for another pair of glasses for a worthless experiment and if they insist you must have before they take another step with your support ticket, have THEM send you a pair.

Second, share with them all of the posts taking place on this and other forums. Don't let them treat you like your problem is unique to you and you alone. It isn't. This 2015 series has issues with 3D and that's the sorry truth. I believe they know it, so you're not alone and you should make sure they know that you know it's an issue with the model, not your particular TV. I guarantee that you already know more than most the the people on their end of the phone. Again, bring up the countless posts on this and so many other forums. Sound like you've done your research and they shouldn't bother trying to convince you it's the 3rd party glasses or your Bluetooth connection. That whole bit about walking you through the setup procedures is just intended to weed out the vast majority of people who won't follow up after their first call. Only 10% of us will. They know this. Let them know to skip through that mumbo jumbo because you've already tried it all...there's nothing left to do but for them to fix their firmware and you'd like to know an expected date. Or refund your money.

Anyway, don't give up or lose your drive. Remember, you made a huge investment on your TV. You have every reason to expect it to work as advertised. This crosstalk problem is their issue and it won't go away unless we force them to stay on top of it. Like they used to say, it's the squeaky wheel that gets the grease. Sony's hoping it's forgotten soon so they don't have to budget the engineering group the two hours it would take to fix it. If they want happy returning customers, they will. Good luck everyone.
